Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

You will be asked for a copy of your CV and basic details
(Don't worry you won't have to write war & peace)
Good Luck!
Stage 2

Review

At this stage your application will be reviewed by the recruitment team and more importantly will be reviewed by the hiring managers themselves!
Stage 3

Teams Interview

At this stage you could be invited to attend a 30-45 minute interview over MS Teams - there will normally be two hiring managers at least attending. 

You will be asked some competence based questions, plus go through your CV and give you an opportunity to ask any questions that you want to know about any live projects etc the squads are working on etc.
Stage 4

2nd Stage

This will be a more in-depth interview where you will be asked technical questions to showcase your experience.
Stage 5

2nd Stage Interview

At this stage you could be invited to a more in depth 3rd stage interview which could have a few people on the panel - don't worry though we don't bite!

You could be either asked to prepare a presentation prior to the interview or you will be given a subject and asked to prepare a presentation in the interview.

This stage will last up to 2hrs & will either be over MS Teams or you will be invited into our Campus for a face to face interview.
Stage 6

Formal Offer

Congratulations - At this stage you could be made a formal offer!
Stage 7

Background Checks

At this stage we will instruct a company called Vero to perform background checks (Last 3 yrs working and living history plus a Credit Check will be performed)

Stage 8
